They went from somewhat responding to not at all at this point. Not sending me a title is illegal and I need the title ASAP. Also told giving me another temp tag would be illegal, which my bank said is not the case. I now have a truck in my driveway with expired tags that I’m unable to drive bc the dealership will not send me the title they were supposed to. Kept trying to contact every day for 3 weeks and kept getting told the title would be in my hands the following day. Spoke to **** ** ******* and they said that was not the case. Never fully answering and then finally lying about the title being lost and that they applied for a new one through the **** ** *******. Finally talked to someone and they kept giving me the runaround. Tried to call multiple times and never heard back. Received a 60 temp tag and waited for the title to be sent. Purchased a Ford F150 from Redline, Auto Plaza in Manhattan, Kansas in March 2023. We have contracted an outside service shop to perform our inspections on all cars in addition to our own inspection.
